Slotmigo ("we", "our", or "us") operates a salon and spa booking platform accessible through our website (slotmigo.com), our admin mobile application ("Slotmigo"), and our customer mobile application ("BookMySlot").

4. WhatsApp Communications
We send WhatsApp messages only for:

- ✓Payment reminders (unpaid invoices only)
We never send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, or bulk promotions, or messages to non-registered numbers. You can opt out by contacting support or deleting your account at privacy@slotmigo.com.

6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on MongoDB Atlas (encrypted) on servers in the USA/Europe (AWS). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; we never store plain passwords. OTP codes expire in 10 minutes.
