Please read these terms carefully. By using Slotmigo services, you agree to be bound by this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Slotmigo (slotmigo.com), the Slotmigo admin mobile app, or the BookMySlot customer mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2.Service Description
Slotmigo provides salon and spa booking software for businesses and their customers. We facilitate appointment scheduling, customer management, invoicing records, and service-related notifications. We are a technology platform — individual salons are responsible for the services they provide.
3.User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@slotmigo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.Booking Policy
Appointments booked through our platform are agreements between you and the salon. Slotmigo displays availability provided by salons and sends confirmations on their behalf. Arrive on time and follow each salon's policies. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions at the salon's discretion.
5.Cancellation Policy
Cancellation rules are set by each salon partner. Please cancel as early as possible if you cannot attend. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees determined by the salon, not Slotmigo. Cancellation notifications may be sent via WhatsApp or in-app alerts.
6.Payment Terms
Slotmigo records invoice amounts and payment status but does not process card or bank payments directly. Payment for services is handled between you and the salon according to their accepted methods. Unpaid invoice reminders may be sent via WhatsApp.
7.Prohibited Uses
You may not misuse our platform, including: providing false information, harassing staff or customers, attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, sending spam, or using the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8.Intellectual Property
All Slotmigo software, branding, logos, and content are owned by Slotmigo or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the apps and website for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slotmigo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Slotmigo in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
